'Take a Kid to a Game', featuring the Denver Nuggets' Rocky, is Sat., Jan. 18

PUEBLO, Colo. ( - Jan. 10, 2014) - The Colorado State University-Pueblo Athletics Department will invite Denver Nuggets' super mascot, "Rocky", as it celebrates its annual "Take a Kid to a Game" night on Saturday, Jan. 18 at Massari Arena as the ThunderWolves take on Colorado School of Mines.

All kids 12 and under will be admitted FREE to the game, which will feature entertaiment by Rocky during halftime of both the men's and women's games. Rocky will also be available for picture and autograph opportunities throughout the night.

The CSU-Pueblo "Kid Zone" will open at the tip-off of the women's game at 5:30 p.m., providing a variety of activities for kids, including coloring, tattoos, a picture and autograph session with the Pack basketball teams. The Buell Children's Museum in Pueblo will also be on hand to provide arts and crafts for kids, and a refreshment table will be available, featuring ice cream by Cold Stone Creamery and soft drinks Pepsi.

The game will also be broadcast on tape delay by Xfinity Television, airing throughout the week on Comcast Cable Channel 105. The wildest and craziest Pack fans just might get themselves on TV!
