Teen charged as adult in shooting at Wal-Mart

The El Paso County District Attorney's Office has made a decision to charge a teenager as an adult in a shooting that happened last month in Colorado Springs.

17-year of Jordan Ellis of Colorado Springs was arrested on first degree murder charges and will now be tried as an adult.

19 year old Frank Miller, a soldier from Fort Carson, has also been charged with first degree murder.

Christopher Harmon, 26, was shot and killed just after midnight on September 26, in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart on East Platte Avenue.
