Responsible to implement, and oversee training/certification requirements for GINIC Watch Officers. Develop and maintain a Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) database of realistic scenarios to be used during training/certification and other events. This database will be reviewed and updated to reflect changes in the
BMD COMNET architecture as needed.
