Monsoon moisture will remain in place over Colorado throughout the week ahead, so the daily chance for showers and storms will continue.
Storms will pop up over the high country first today and eventually spill out over portions of the I-25 corridor during the afternoon and evening hours. Some storms may drop a lot of rain in a short amount of time, and with the already saturated ground from Saturday's rain, more flooding may occur for some again today.
Isolated storms are forecast for the start and end of the workweek with another good shot for rain in the middle of the week.
Highs will be a few degrees above average during the first half of the week ranging from the mid to upper 80s in Colorado Springs to the low to mid 90s in Pueblo. Highs will fall by Wednesday though with most spots topping out in the 80s.
