The heat continues

The heat continues... through the weekend at least.

Highs will stay well above average in the 90s for most this weekend. The lower elevations look to stay dry as well. There's only a slight chance for a shower or storm over Teller County today and Sunday with a few storms possible over the mountains as well.

A cold front is forecast to move through Colorado Monday night. This front will bring much cooler air to the region (70s/80s) for the middle of next week plus a good chance for rain. The region will get back to near normal temps and drier conditions by Friday.
