After a nice string of springlike days, a cold front we've been tracking towards Colorado will move in later this weekend. Before it arrives, Saturday will be breezy, warm and dry, with a few record highs possible. The fire danger will increase, with RED FLAG WARNINGS in effect for most of us from noon to 9 PM. As the cold front crosses the state on Sunday, expect strong winds (some gusts >60 mph possible) and cooler temps (but still warmer than average). The chance for rain and snow showers will begin Sunday night and continue through Monday, as highs drop into the 40s and 50s. Tuesday will remain cool and unsettled, with more sunshine Wednesday and Thursday and a breezy/warmer Friday.
