Three D-49 admin positions eliminated

Another shake-up in District 49 in Falcon. News First 5 has learned three administrators have had their positions eliminated.
D-49 will no longer have a Chief Information Officer, a Chief Financial Officer or a Director of Human Resources.
The school district's spokesperson would not say if the the employees who currently hold those posts will stick with the school district, citing it as a personnel issue.
There will be a special meeting on the issue Thursday night at 630 at the Education Service Center.
The board plans to go over their innovation plan, which includes this restructuring.
Earlier this month, the school board voted to eliminate the transportation department. They're looking at other options to get kids to school.
