You can expect to see the Air Force Thunderbirds flying over the Pikes Peak region next week.

They'll arrive at Peterson Air Force Base Sunday in preparation for AFA graduation on Wednesday. Practice runs are scheduled for Monday and possibly Tuesday. Some roads will be closed around Falcon Stadium during all practices and during graduation, at the direction of the Federal Aviation Administration.

You may view the performances from open areas on the Air Force Academy by presenting a valid drivers license to enter the base. The Academy is asking people not to stop on I-25.

Schedule:
Monday, 8 am, flyover
Monday, 2 pm, performance

If the weather on Monday prevents either practice, it will be pushed to Tuesday.

Wednesday, 12:55 pm, flyover and performance
