A routine traffic stop in Colorado Springs turned into a major cocaine bust. Springs police stopped a Honda mini-van on I-25 near the North Academy exit Saturday. They became suspicious and searched the vehicle and found just over two and a half pounds of the drug.

Luis Perez, 57, and Salvador Miranda-Diaz, 30, were arrested felony drug charges. They're each being held at the El Paso County Criminal Justice on $50,000 bond.

Both men are scheduled to appear before a judge on Monday.
