A beautiful Tuesday is setting up for Southeastern Colorado. Beneath a sunny sky with only a passing few fair weather cumulus clouds, we will warm easily into the 60's with upper 50's in higher elevation and close to 70 for many areas along the Arkansas Valley.
Wispy cirrus clouds begin flowing in by late afternoon, and the clouds will become a little more numerous overnight. Clouds acting as a blanket will hold temperatures up in the 30's for most of us, but cooler air comes into Colorado from the north tomorrow. Rain and high elevation snow arrive Wednesday night, with snow around early Thursday to make for a sloppy morning drive.
