One arrest in shooting in Trinidad

Trinidad Police arrested a young men after a shooting on State Street in Trinidad yesterday afternoon. Ashley Ingoldby, 21, was shot in the face.
Daniel Lucero, 21 is believed to have fired 6 to 9 shots into a vehicle after an argument with those inside.
Ingoldby was transported to a Pueblo hospital for surgery.
Lucero was already on probation for a shooting that happened in December. He now faces charges of first degree assault, illegal discharge of a firearm, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, felony menacing, tampering with evidence and possession of a defaced firearm.
More arrests are expected.
