UPDATE: 2 more activists charged related to NATO summit

CHICAGO (AP) - Prosecutors say two men will make initial appearances in court in Chicago as part of what they describe as an ongoing investigation of activists who planned to take part in demonstrations at the two-day NATO summit.

The Cook County State Attorney's office said in a statement Sunday that 28-year-old Mark Neiweem is charged with attempted possession of explosives or incendiary devices and 24-year-old Sebastian Senakiewicz is charged with falsely making a terrorist threat.

Prosecutors are expected to offer more details at the hearing later Sunday.

Three other activists appeared in court Saturday. They're accused of manufacturing Molotov cocktails in a plot to attack President Barack Obama's campaign headquarters and other targets.

It wasn't immediately clear if Senakiewicz and Neiweem have ties to the three who appeared in court Saturday.
