Update: Reported robbery in Security turns out to be theft

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is investigating a theft at a liquor store in Security. It was initially reported as an armed robbery, but deputies now say the Liquor Stop on 6525 Fountain Mesa Rd. was only the victim of a theft.
There's no information yet about any possible suspects or what may have been taken from the store.
