The International Ski Federation says that the men's Olympic super-combined race has been postponed due to heavy snowfall.
The race was supposed to happen Tuesday. No new date was immediately set. However, officials had indicated on Monday that the race would be moved to Friday if it had to be delayed.
Postponements on the Alpine schedule have been common following the mix of warm temperatures, snow, rain and fog that wreaked havoc with the Alpine schedule last week.
The women's downhill training also set for Tuesday has been canceled.
This time organizers said that heavy snowfall throughout the night and soft conditions on the lower section of the course prompted the move.
