Utility pole fire at UCCS under control

A fire on the UCCS campus is under control. Firefighters say the fire started in the mulch in a parking lot and spread to a utility pole. Crews had to wait for the power to be turned off before putting out the fire on the pole. Firefighters do not have an exact cause of the fire.
