Vestas job fairs draw 1,300

Around 1,300 candidates submitted applications during the Vestas job fairs in Pueblo and Colorado Springs.
Vestas laid off employees in August, but because the production tax credit for wind energy was approved for 2013, they're now hiring. Employees who previously worked for the company will have to re-apply, but Vestas says they're especially interested in these candidates.
The company is hiring everything from fabricators to machinists.
