Owners of the popular Vibram finger-shoes may be able to get a refund.
The company is settling a class-action lawsuit for $3.5 million after allegedly misleading consumers about its health research in their advertising.
Vibram says anyone who purchased the shoes and files a valid can get up to $50 back. Any leftover money will go to the American heart Association.
