Victims from Essex Lane deaths identified

Colorado Springs Police have identified the three people found dead in a home on Essex Lane as 38-year old Rene Ogden and her 13 year old children Chase and Olivia Ogden. The children were twins who attended Galileo School of Math & Science in District 11.

All three were found dead Monday afternoon. Police tell us Rene's husband Tommy found her dead Monday afternoon and called police. Officers then found the two children dead in other rooms of the house.

Tommy Ogden has been questioned by officers and released.

On Rene Ogden spoke about her life in Colorado Springs. She said the family moved here in May of 1998. She also said her husband served in the Army and was at one point serving in Iraq. It's unclear right now if he is still in the Army.

When talking about her children Rene said, "We have a beautiful set of twins... Chase Garrett and Olivia Brianna who were born in 1997."
