Monday, June 12 is the deadline to register to vote in the August 10 Primary Election in Colorado. Eligible citizens have until 5:00 p.m. June 12 to complete their registration in-person or by mail. Monday is also the deadline to change or withdraw party affiliation for the Primary. Unaffiliated voters cannot participate in the Primary Election. "There are actually three political parties holding a Primary Election on August 10th," says El Paso County elections manager Liz Olson. "The Democratic Party, Republican Party, and Libertarian. So, you have to be affiliated with one of those parties to participate."

In El Paso County, voter registration forms are available at any of the three Clerk & Recorder's Office locations:
- Centennial Hall (200 S. Cascade Ave.)
- Powers Blvd. Branch (Powers Blvd. & Airport Rd.)
- Union Town Center Branch (Union Blvd. & Research Pkwy. in the Albertsons shopping center)

In Pueblo County, register at the Clerk & Recorder's Office at 215 W. 10th Street.
