Westminster cops nab robber sleeping 2 blocks from department

Officers with the Westminster Police Department have arrested a man they believed robbed a Walgreens. The suspect, 26 year old Paul McQue Webb, had fallen asleep at the wheel just two blocks away from the police department.
Webb had a severe cut on his hand and needed medical attention. Officers say he also appeared to be under the influence of drugs. He's being held at the Jefferson County Jail on felony robbery and DUI charges.
