High school pride is on the line this week for a long tradition in Pueblo: the bell game. The Centennial bulldogs face off against the Central wildcats in what's become the oldest high school football rivalry west of the Mississippi. The two teams compete for pride, honor and of course the coveted bell, which the winning team paints with their high school colors.
Tickets are now on sale at both high schools. The cost is $6 for adults and $4 for students and seniors. You can also purchase tickets online through the Pueblo City Schools website.
Kickoff is this Friday, Sept. 30 at 7 p.m. at Dutch Clark Stadium.
