Woman killed in McDonald's parking lot

PARKER, Colo. (AP) - Parker police say a woman was killed in the parking lot of a McDonald's and her estranged husband who authorities were looking for in connection with the shooting was found dead.
The Denver Post reports that a witness says the woman's three children were inside the restaurant when she was shot outside just after 5 p.m. Tuesday. Police have not identified the woman.
Parker Sgt. Doreen Jokerst says authorities searched for 53-year-old Mark Steven Royer after the shooting and found him dead near his truck close to a high school.
