Workers suing for OT

More workers are suing employers for overtime they're not being paid to work.

In a report by USA Today, we're seeing that more workers nationwide are suing employers under federal and state wage and hour laws.

The number of lawsuits filed last year, rose 32 percent. That's compared to 2008.

The main grievance for workers that they put in more than 40 hours a week without compensation for time spent working. Along with that, workers say they have to be tied to their smartphones, which causes bleeding into personal lives.
