An injured swan unable to fly south was facing a long, cold Alaskan winter before getting a "wing up" from Alaska Airlines. Marshmallow was found with an arrow lodged in her body in August. She's been in the care of the Alaska Sealife Center since that time. ... more » -

State wildlife officers say someone illegally killed a lynx, which are protected under state and federal laws.
