An escaped prison inmate was captured in a modular home where he was holding a woman hostage, according to the Colorado Department of Corrections. The search continues for an inmate who escaped from a maximum security prison in northeastern Colorado. Douglas Alward fled from the Sterling Correctional Facility about 100 miles northeast of Denver sometime Sunday night.
