Roadway repairs snarl traffic on NB I-25

Colorado Department of Transportation crews and Colorado Spring Police are on scene of a traffic hazard needing repairs on Northbound I-25 in the right lane just north of the pedestrian bridge. Downtown stabbing was self-inflicted

What was thought to be a stabbing in downtown Colorado Springs turned out to be self-inflicted.
