A 14-year-old Girl Scout is raising money to help Waldo Canyon Fire victims. KC Cruz is fundraising to buy 400 Blue Spruce Trees from the U.S. Forest Service to give to families who lost their home in the fire. She is calling her idea, "Trees of Hope."

Rescue crews are working to help a hiker who apparently fell in Williams Canyon.
Early reports indicate the hiker fell 20 feet and has a head injury and leg injury. This happened about a mile up the Williams Canyon Trail from Manitou Springs.
