Information on Highway 24 reopening

Highway 24 is reopening Sunday at 9 a.m. for residents of Green Mountain Falls, Chipita Park, Cascade, and Crystola; then at 1 p.m. the El Paso County Sheriff's office says the highway will be open to all traffic. Until the highway is open to all motorists at 1 p.m.... more » -
Telephones repaired in Chipita Park, Cascade

Phone lines, including 911 emergency lines, that were out in parts of El Paso County, have now been repaired. The Sheriff's Office says the outage was restricted to the Chipita Park and Cascade areas. Cell phone service was always available in those areas. more »
