If you're headed east on Cimarron this afternoon in Colorado Springs look out for an accident that's blocking the right hand lane at 8th Street. From the looks of it, an 18 wheeler rear ended a city dump truck. We're not sure who's at fault or whether there are any... more » -
Roadway repairs snarl traffic on NB I-25

Colorado Department of Transportation crews and Colorado Spring Police are on scene of a traffic hazard needing repairs on Northbound I-25 in the right lane just north of the pedestrian bridge. CDOT crew are working to quickly repair an expansion joint on the roadway that became a serious traffic hazard.... more » -

Two accidents on I-25 near Cimarron have been cleared and traffic is getting back to normal. Earlier this morning one accident northbound and another southbound had traffic backed up for several miles. more » -

An accident on eastbound Cimarron near I-25 is causing traffic problems at this hour. The car is sitting on its side in the road. So far no word on injuries and no cause for the accident has been determined. more » -
Cone Zone Alert: Cimarron & 8th

A cone zone alert at Cimarron and 8th streets. Construction associated with a pedestrian bridge will be happening around 12:30 p.m. The northbound lanes of 8th street will be one lane south of Cimarron and traffic won't be allowed to turn left off 8th St from Cimarron Street to Costilla.... more »
