Stefanie Dickinson, the former Ellicott School Board Member has been re-arrested on a felony count of sexual assault on a child while in a position of trust. She's being held tonight on $25,000 bond. According to court records, Ellicott School Board member Stefanie Dickinson was arrested over the weekend. Dickinson faces charges of Internet Luring of a child with intent to Exploit.
