State police say 12 people are confirmed dead after flash floods triggered by heavy rains slammed a pair of campgrounds in southwestern Arkansas. Flash floods around a campground in western Arkansas have drowned 10 people after four to six inches of rain swamped the area, officials told NBC News on Friday.
