Report finds foreclosures increased in July

Foreclosures are increasing again. RealtyTrac reports there were foreclosure filings on more than 130,000 properties in July, up 2% from June. That's still 32% down from the same time one year ago. Florida had the highest state foreclosure rate, followed by Maryland and Ohio.
