After a public hearing last night and a vote buy City Council, non-cigarette tobacco sales in Pueblo now have to be through licensed businesses. At least 3 people have been wounded in an overnight shooting in a hookah lounge in Colorado Springs. It happened at 1609 South Nevada a little before 2 a.m. That's the Layalina Smoke and Shop Hookah Lounge. Police say there are no suspects in custody at this time.... more » -
