Accused kidnapper Jose Garcia was scheduled to be in court today in Pueblo, however his attorney waived his advisements. Garcia is accused of kidnapping two children at Columbian Elementary School earlier this month. Garcia is scheduled to be back in court on March 12. more » -

Jose Humberto Garcia woke up in a jail cell this morning. The 29-year old is accused of kidnapping 9-year old Calysta Cordova from Columbian Elementary School in Pueblo on Thursday afternoon.
