(AP) - Michigan authorities say a national outbreak of fungal meningitis linked to contaminated steroids has infected at least 211 people in Michigan, an increase in 10 in the past three days. A 52-year-old Larimer County man who contracted meningitis during a pick-up hockey game has died. The Coloradoan in Fort Collins reports that Bill Jubert of Bellvue died Monday after a series of strokes.
