Paragliders agree to Aspen no-fly zone

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - Paragliders have agreed to a no-fly zone in Aspen after a crane operator was spooked at a hospital construction site. Project spokesman Frank Goldsmith says the city is worried that the crane operator might get startled again and spin the crane, endangering gliders and construction workers.... more »
