Buffer recommended around medical marijuana dispensaries

A recommendation for a thousand foot buffer around medical marijuana centers comes from the Colorado Springs Planning Commission. That would mean medical marijuana centers could not operate within 1,000 feet of schools, including colleges and pre-schools. PPCC gets $476,000 federal grant
