UPDATE: Colorado Springs police say 54 year old Rosa Maria Ramos-Diaz of Chihuahua, Mexico died in a car accident last night at the intersection of Fountain Blvd., and Powers Blvd. Officers say Ramos-Diaz was not wearing a seatbelt.
