Man shoots himself after taking PW woman hostage

The Pueblo County Coroner says the suspect in a hostage situation in Pueblo West early Monday morning, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has proposed $40,000 in penalties against Spaccamonti Excavating Inc. of Pueblo for alleged trenching violations.
