The panhandling ban in downtown Colorado Springs means bad news for Salvation Army bell ringers.
Volunteer bell ringers have been booted off the corner of Pike's Peak and Tejon St. since the kettle drive is considered solicitation. They'll still be bell ringing elsewhere in the city and county.
