COLORADO SPRINGS - A Colorado Springs police sergeant charged with filling out phony time sheets will get to keep his pension. The district attorney filed charges of theft and forgery against Sergeant James Butierres yesterday.

More than 75,000 books, CD's and DVD's have gone missing from libraries across Colorado Springs since 2009.

Some vendors say they lost a lot of money at the Wild Wild West Fest this year. Three different vendors tell News 5 someone stole their merchandise in the middle of the night after the festival closed.
