Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) workers, Robert Maestas, Thomas Mattarono and William Mohrensweiser, were arrested after stealing from one of CSU's storage facilities located at 930 S. Union in Colorado Springs.
They are facing felony charges from the police department and are under internal investigation by CSU.
