Woodmen Road traffic lights back working

The Colorado Springs Traffic Management Center reports that the traffic lights in the area of Woodmen Road and I-25 are now operating. A power outage in the area took out the lights creating a traffic mess between I-25 and Academy Boulevard. more » -
