The final dinner theater event, “Colorado Cowboy Christmas,” will feature “Colorado Cowboys for Jesus” - with Joe Stephenson on the fiddle and Vern Thomson on the acoustic guitar, the pair will lead a live band as they weave Gospel music, traditional cowboy tunes, and stories about their lives to show how they found true peace on earth. Joining them will be young world-champion fiddlers to make this a cross-generational experience.
